Outcomes: Confident, safe operation with consistent groupings; readiness to step into structured practice or move toward ISSF pathway. Entry: Assessment session to benchmark stance, hold, trigger and match conduct. Technical blocks: Balance & core activation, sight picture stability, trigger isolation, time-to-first-shot, rhythm drills, recovery timing, finals rehearsal.
